Do I need a consultation before my first treatment?

For most treatments, yes. Dr. Mortazavi meets with every new patient before performing any procedure. The consultation is where he evaluates your anatomy, reviews your history, and designs the right treatment plan. For straightforward returning patients booking a familiar treatment, a full consultation may not be required at every visit.

Can I combine multiple treatments in one appointment?

Yes, in many cases. Botox and fillers are commonly done in the same visit. Laser and injectables may be combined depending on the treatments and the order of application. Dr. Mortazavi will advise at your consultation whether a combination is appropriate and safe for your skin and goals.

What is the cancellation fee?

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time are charged a $100 cancellation fee. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late are also subject to a $100 charge and the appointment will be cancelled. A valid credit card must be on file to hold all appointments.

Do you accept walk-ins?

No. Plump Medical Spa is a by-appointment-only practice. All visits — consultations and treatments alike — must be scheduled in advance. This allows Dr. Mortazavi to allocate appropriate time for each patient without interruption.

What should I do to prepare for my appointment?

Preparation varies by treatment. For injectables, avoid blood thinners (ibuprofen, aspirin, fish oil) for a few days prior if possible to reduce bruising risk. Arrive with clean skin — no heavy makeup on treatment areas. Avoid alcohol 24 hours prior. Specific instructions will be provided at booking for any treatment that requires additional preparation.

Is financing available?

Yes. Cherry and CareCredit financing are both accepted at Plump Medical Spa. Cherry requires no hard credit check to apply and is available for purchases between $200 and $10,000.
