Can I book by phone instead of online?
Booking is completed online. The scheduler shows live availability, holds your appointment immediately, and captures the card required to secure it — none of which works reliably over the phone. Calling or texting (949) 568-7544 is welcome for questions about which treatment is right for you, but the booking itself happens online.
Why is a card required to book?
A valid card secures every appointment. Appointments are scheduled without overlap so no patient waits while another treatment runs long, which means a late cancellation can't be filled. The card is only charged if you cancel within 48 hours or arrive more than 10 minutes late. Treatment itself is paid at the time of service.
I'm not sure which treatment to book.
Book a consultation. That appointment exists specifically to determine what you actually need, and Dr. Mortazavi frequently recommends something different from what a patient came in asking about. The treatment finder also narrows options in a couple of minutes, and you can text questions to (949) 568-7544 before booking.
Do you accept walk-ins?
No. Plump is by appointment only. Appointments are spaced to avoid overlapping wait times, which is why walk-ins can't be accommodated — and also why you won't be sitting in a waiting room while someone else's treatment runs long.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours ahead, which you can do yourself through the booking link. Inside 48 hours there's a $100 fee. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late result in cancellation and the same charge.
Do I need a consultation before my first treatment?
For most treatments, yes — particularly filler, laser, and specialty procedures. The consultation is where Dr. Mortazavi assesses your anatomy, reviews your history, and determines the right plan. Returning patients booking something familiar may not need a full consultation each visit.
Can I combine treatments in one appointment?
Often, yes. Neurotoxin and filler are commonly done together. Some laser combinations work well in one session while others are better staged. If you're unsure how to book a combination, text (949) 568-7544 before scheduling.
