Where Every Treatment Happens

A private, clinical environment where Dr. Mortazavi performs every procedure personally. Botox, fillers, laser treatments, and specialty procedures including ultrasound-guided filler dissolving and acne scar subcision are all performed here — with the equipment, sterility, and precision a physician-only practice requires.

Hair Transplant Surgical Studio

Newport Beach Hairline Restoration

Adjacent to the main practice, the surgical studio is dedicated to NeoGraft-assisted FUE hair transplant and eyebrow transplant procedures performed through Newport Beach Hairline Restoration — a specialized division of Plump Medical Spa. Equipped for full-day surgical cases in a private, controlled environment.

Suite 310 sits on the third floor of MacArthur Court — directly in the approach path to John Wayne Airport (SNA). The floor-to-ceiling windows offer an unobstructed view of Newport Beach, with planes and jets visible on final approach throughout the day. It is one of the more distinctive elements of the Plump experience.

Clinical Technology

Laser & Device Suite

The treatment room houses CO2 laser resurfacing, FraX erbium fractional laser, Nd:YAG laser for vein and pigment correction, IPL photofacial, and PiXel8 RF microneedling — all operated by Dr. Mortazavi personally. The Butterfly iQ3 AI-enhanced ultrasound unit for filler dissolving and imaging is also housed here, unique to Plump in Newport Beach.
