What's different about Type B: onset is typically faster than Type A. Duration is often shorter. Dosing is measured on an entirely different scale, so unit counts are not comparable — a Myobloc dose looks nothing like a Botox dose on paper.
Consultation required before treatment. Not every case of "Botox stopped working" is antibody-mediated resistance. Underdosing, product dilution, injection technique, and unrealistic expectations account for many of them, and those are cheaper problems to fix.
